“We were a group of 10, grandparents kids and teenage grandkids. This was perfect for us to give us all space after a crowded week in London. Masood was extremely kind accommodating to all our needs. Grocery nearby as well as another shop that sold great pastries. Close to the train station, we walked less than 10 minutes.”

“The room was newly renovated, and all the appliances were brand new. The location is excellent, right in the city centre and only a 15–20 minute walk to Union Square. The room itself is comfortable; however, the noise levels are quite high. Even on the second floor, street noise is very noticeable, especially on weekends. Early in the morning, the street-cleaning vehicles are particularly loud. I also had to report noise from the upper floor, as loud music and disturbances were clearly audible……

“We didn't pick this place ourselves, as our original booking cancelled two weeks before our trip, so Expedia picked this one for us. The place was very clean and neat, owner was very friendly and helpful. Only thing we didn't like was that we couldn't use the washer and dryer as it was additional fees that weren't mentioned in the posting, and the dryer wasn't working right anyway they said in the house rules.
