“It took a long time to get checked in because they were short of cleaning staff. Our room was not ready until sometime after 4:00p.m. Otherwise, the room was comparatively clean and all was in order. After a long day after our first night, we came back to find our key would not open the door. I called the front desk and she said she would bring us a new key right away. 40 minutes later after standing in the hall all that time, our neighbor next to us had to go get the key for us. “The beds were comfortable and the shower was OK. The corridor halls smelled like old cigarette smoke. The first room we were assigned the refrigerator did not work. Our second room seemed to be much much better better. It was a good room for the price.”
