“Everything was as expected. I appreciated that there were non-dairy options for coffee for breakfast.”

“The location is good. The staff that I dealt with was helpful, pleasant and friendly. The one issue was at checkout. There was no one at the front desk but I could hear someone in the back (of the desk area that is not visible to guests). After waiting a couple of minutes, I shouted back, “Is anyone working the front desk?” The talk in the back continued. The line got longer waiting for service. I repeated my question, loud enough to be heard two more times. I left furious over the incident.……

“Bed is too soft. Room is very spacious for a queen bed. Breakfast has hot doods provided which is good. Just a one nite stay is ok.”

“You could literally write on the mirror in the room it was so dirty. The pool was dingy. The hotel ran out of pillows so when asked for a blanket & pillow for the pullout that was paid for in the room we were denied saying you were out of pillows. Coffee was not kept fresh in the lobby through the day, it sat all day. Will not return to this hotel!”

“Very clean hotel. Rooms were clean bathroom was on the smaller size. Hot breakfast was delicious. Very convenient to the bank nh pavilion. Definitely recommend.”

“The room was immaculate. Staff was wonderful and helpful. Breakfast could have been warmer but tasted good . The coffee was excellent! Great experience.”

“Although it looks afar on maps, it is actually within walk distance of Concord downtown. And it is quite close to Common Man restaurant & bar, a very familial dining place. So I highly recommend this Comfort Inn.”

“Over all was a decent stay could I nit pick things also yes. Overall would book again. I would say it's a little pricey but I'm sure if you're frequently traveling and using rewards it would be worth it.”
