“I stayed at this hotel many times. While the staff has always been wonderful, the conditions decline. The 2nd floor carpet is a trip hazard everywhere, it has come unstuck from the undersurface and bubbles up in many areas.
Our first room of the night, 261, the toilet broke. They fixed it. Then the shower broke, oscillating between Luke warm and ice cold.
I requested a new room, we moved to 251. The water was hot. The security lock was missing.
Heating/ac units are rusty.
The whole thing needs……
