“This property has very clearly been remodeled but not in a professional looking way. Lots of repainted sections or paint on the flooring itself. The room looked nice and new but only if you squinted, upon deeper inspection there were a lot of cracks and broken items, specifically in the bathroom and a clothes hanging thing falling out of the wall itself. I would describe the hotel in its entirety as "stapled together" because it seems like it offers the normal things most hotels do, unless you……

Our unit had a great living room, full kitchen, bedroom with two big beds, and pull-out sofa. And TWO full bathrooms. After a long day of hiking, it was just perfect for the three of us. We fully recommend High Plains Lodge!”

“Had a late arrival upon check-in and was given an upstairs room which hard on me as I am experiencing mobility issues. Fortunately I was able to park right next to the stairs and my room was right at the top of the stairs. Overall, the room was very nice and clean plus I had a quiet night's sleep. Good value for the price!”
