"We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend. The house was lovely and clean, and the lawn and dock were perfect for getting some sun and watching the ospreys tend their nest. Aaron greeted us and made us feel welcome and responded to the one or two questions we had during our stay. "

"Was looking for a clean, quiet place for our family vacation and this place was wonderful. Woody was very helpful and answered my questions quickly and informatively. The big yard was wonderful for our dog to run around in and did I mention that this place was CLEAN? Nice screened in back porch, fire pit and grill for our use. "The cabin pictured and advertised on Expedia was NOT what was actually booked. The pictures showed and total different set up including bunk beds and a full bath and kitchen which were not in the actual cabin when we arrived. The pond that’s in the background was not anywhere near the cabin they put us in. The cabin you see on Expedia is not what you actually stay in. "

"A last-minute change of vacation destination led us to a wonderful time in Cape Charles staying in the right side of this duplex. The street was quiet and near the city park. The beach, shopping, and restaurants were a leisurely sidewalk stroll away. We heard little noise from the guests in the other duplex, and the bedrooms were positioned on the outside walls. Beds and furniture were comfortable; the kitchen had everything we needed to cook; the dishwasher was comically loud (run it at...

"The house was spacious and furniture was comfortable. The house was listed as sleeping 14 and 3.5 bathrooms. On arrival, we were given 2 rolls of toilet paper, one trash bag, 2 small bottles of shampoo, one bar of soap. During one night, the smoke alarms blared for 10 seconds every hour. Maintenance changed the batteries the next day, but alarms still continued to go off. The security system had to be turned off to prevent further alarms. The kitchen was ill equipped: no can opener, no bottle...

"We really enjoyed our stay at Bayside, specifically the location. With our young kiddos, it was perfect for us to pop over to the park to play several times a day. The house had all the necessities, even a pack & play and high chair which were unexpected bonuses. We could hear a little noise from our neighbors, but nothing disruptive. It could’ve used a bit more cleaning and a water filtration system, but the house was great for our family to enjoy a sweet vacation together. "
