“Shower leaked all over bath floor, food in microwave and drawers, asked for towels to dry up floor twice and finally 3rd time I went to the desk and got them”

“We only stayed for a night and got there late after a long road trip. I was supposed to have a room with 1 king bed, labeled “mini suite” on the listing. I ended up with 2 full size beds and a room that looked completely different from the photos online. I walked up to the check in desk and immediately noticed a dead roach on the counter. During the night while we were laying in the room at least 2 roaches crawled across the wall. If I had not been exhausted from the drive I had to make I would……

“The property was relatively clean, and there had been several repairs to the tub and shower, showing that it has almost seen its better days. The water pressure was low, the ac worked well, there was breakfast provided. For the price, it wasn't bad. I would give this room a 4 out of 5 overall.”
