“Really lovely staff who went beyond to assist me with laundry. Very convenient for the Aviation Museum - the reason for our stay over. Easy parking and good to have breakfast as well. The hotel itself is a bit tired but it was spotlessly clean and I felt very safe there.”

“1. The room that we stayed in was a handicapped room - we didn't request it - we were assigned to it. CLEARLY, service animals have stayed in that room because it STUNK of DOG. We kept the AC down much more than comfortable just to try and reduce the smell. 2. The water pressure in the shower was a trickle. The shower head was a handheld, so not sure if that was a factor, but it took a long time to rinse. 3. Most of the included amenities were missing/out. There was no shampoo, body wash or……

“Staff was friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. Room was dated but clean. Staff helped with a very special request at check in. ”

“Room was clean and good. Breakfast was disappointing. Hot water was empty for tea, had to get someone to fill it; water had sign that said lemon infused water but not a hint of lemon in it; sausage links were heated in water rendering them somewhat tasteless; some of the empty tables were not cleaned.”
