“Had to be moved from our first room because the heating/AC unit was falling off the wall. Plaster all over. The room smelled and there were ants crawling on the walls. The second room was not much better. Everything that was metal was rusted, lamps, fixtures etc. The couch had stains and this was a suit! Dirty!”

“Parking was easy and it was pet friendly, but the walls were nasty. The shower was nasty. There was burning marks on the sheet. There was mold on the ceiling above the toilet.”

“Front desk staff was really unprofessional. The lobby smelled like smoke. There was no soda in the vending machine, no coffee available in the morning. I was also given a room on the second floor which was really inconvenient given my two young kids. Also I don't think it's wheel chair accessable up there. People leave their trash sitting outside their room because they don't empty the trash cans often enough. On my second night I got woken up at about 1am by someone banging on my neighbors……
