“Would be lovely to have some HUMAN interaction. Unfortunately I had to cancel both my 1 night stays with this property due to a death in the family. Both nights were also unfortunately non refundable but I had still written the property several weeks prior to see if there was anything they could do. ZERO human interaction (not even a sorry for your loss) and just kept sending me automated check in details and then the follow up "how was your stay" afterwards. I'm all for automated systems to……

“We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the Denver Airport. Upon check-in, we decided to return our rental car early and use their airport shuttle. FYI - the airport shuttle services three hotels that are all close by, just know that this adds a little to the commute time. The shuttle runs on the hour and half-hour, but can run late due to servicing three hotels. The cost for the shuttle is $7.50 per trip. While there are several restaurants within walking distance, they aren't very……
