“Bathroom fixtures falling off wall. Dirty floors. Curtains and shades filthy and hanging by a thread. Phone is useless. Can’t reach anyone. Towels worn out. Water for shower tepid at best. Beware. Bathtub extremely slippery. My sister fell. Got hurt. Sliver of a bath soap. Won’t stay here again. Paid for extra day but didn’t stay. Just couldn’t. Went home. Kid in office useless.”

“This was a new hotel. Rooms were not ready at all for guest. Breakfast was not set up well at all. Elevators didn’t work most of the time. Someone walked right in our room to take pictures & thought it was vacant. Only one small trash can in room. Towel rack was sitting on back of toilet not up on wall. No blow dryer in room. Just not all all worth the price we paid per night. Hopefully they get it together since it just opened.”

“The room was very humid, like the carpet felt wet. The AC would blow cold air but humid air. So we felt cold and wet the entire time.”

“The hotel was being renovated, and I was not notified. Arrived in town and had to find another hotel. It was Grambling university homecoming, so it was not any hotels left!! I was very disappointed in hotel.com for not notifying me. Then I got a survey on about the hotel!!! WHAT HOTEL!!”

“What a fantastic little gem we found! There was plenty of room for 2 adults and 1 child in an amazing location. One of the best places we've stayed on the Lake! Communication with owner was great as well! ”
