“from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, staff aka front desk was nothing short of amazing. Kind, helpful, courteous and professional. We really appreciated their willingness to help and guide us as we felt so lost at first coming into a new town not knowing anything or where to go. Location could not be any more perfect either. I definitely recommend this hotel! ”

“I stayed for one day and extended it for another day. The staff insisted on changing my room. There were not many people that day. They insisted on changing me to a room I didn't like. It was far from the room I stayed in before. I felt that the staff was deliberately making things difficult for me.”
