“This property could be nice, currently very run down. It did not seem to be clean on 1st night in, and when room service was performed the trash I had seen when 1st in room was gone, but no toilet paper, no shower mat. 2nd night was no service, 3rd service again, but not done well or complete, missing trash bags in cans. The shower is leaking and in poor condition, toilet unable to be cleaned, a penny on floor when I got access and still on floor when left. Lights fixtures missing, tub cracked,……

“Checked out after 1 and a half days because of the cockroaches and other bugs both live and dead in the room including the one that landed on my pillow. The room was very dirty, the sheets were full of hair stains and dirt. The shower had no door or curtain and was so small I could not even bend to stretch my back. When I checked out I was still charged for the full stay of 5 days no refund. The royal inn should be shut down by the health department. I moved to the super 8 hotel in Kenedy very……
