“Main window curtain had tears in it, door didn’t completely seal (light was visible around the edge. I had no hot water the first night; this was remedied the next day. I had to move the microwave oven from the night table to its proper place above the mini fridge. I also had to plug in and set the alarm clock. Also, due to the close proximity of the highway, I heard big diesel trucks as they passed all night. No coffee or coffee maker available.”
“The facility was clean but no spic and span. I found it odd that the housekeeping carts stayed out in the hallways all day and night, including when not in use. I feel like there may be a staffing issue and that the front desk person has a lot of responsibilities away from the front desk. Otherwise for the price, it wasn't bad.”
