"Lovely hotel and lovely staff. The room was a twin city view and there was room for drawers but there wasn’t any . I had no where to put my clothes away the wardrobe was quite small we managed but only stayed one night so it wasn’t a problem for us but I would have been disappointed if stayed longer. We were woken by loud noises which wasn’t the the hotels fault there was workmen working through the night on the road outside . Really loud even my husband couldn’t sleep and he can sleep through...

"Stayed in the Clayton following a night in the Cork sister hotel a few weeks ago. As soon as I got in the bed I remembered it, the comfiest things around! All you need in the room, super friendly and efficient staff, great breakfast and nice little gym. Will always be my preference when in the area."

"The location was not so good for us as there was a nightclub nearby that didn't have soundproofing as we could hear the music and singing until it finished which happened to be between 2am - 3am, especially as they would choose the last song to encourage their clientele to sing along. Even though we kept the window closed we were still kept awake with the sound. We chose the hotel for the convenience of the location in relation to the railway station and the bridge over to the Brewery Wharf...

"Nice stay. Very conveniently situated next to train station. Some refurbishment going on in hotel but didn't effect us. Bit of a drainage smell in reception area, but didn't waft throughout the hotel. Would stay again. "
