“Clean and friendly”

“They cancelled my reservation without noticing me. I still have my reservation on my Expedia app but the officer just cancelled my reservation just because I came the hotel after 3am. It’s unreasonable.”

“The bathroom had a really bad odor, decided to skip the shower since it was a very short stay. The head board had water damage at the bottom which looked half way rotted, no furnishings in the room (no pictures, fridge on the floor with microwave sitting on top, phone didnt work for quick checkout). Vending machine for drinks was broken, no way to get drinks besides the gas station down the road. Maybe it was just bad timing since we had stayed here previously and the room seemed to be ok. Water……
