“The toilet in the room made a hideous squealing noise every 15-20 minutes that lasted for a few minutes. I asked for another room but they were booked up. The cold water in the sink didn’t work. The tv didn’t work. I let staff know and was told they were aware of the toilet issue previously and had ordered a part. It is upsetting they were aware and still booked the room. I travel often and am very low maintenance, but I got no sleep because of the squealing toilet and was also told nothing……

“Property is a little cluttered. Staff was friendly. Rooms seem clean, bed was comfortable and the atmosphere was quiet. Room was a bit rough around the edges-worked for my needs.”

“Lost our phone in the uber and the front desk person was very helpful in getting it back”

“Very convenient location and well kept”

“浴巾不干净，早餐餐位很少，种类也很少，无线网络信号不好。但交通还比较方便，紧邻高速路口，周边也比较方便。”

“The staff were available, efficient and friendly. I needed some accommodations and was never disappointed. The location is perfect for access to the interstate and nearby restaurants. There were a lot of choices for the included breakfast.”

“Noisy at times, back door not latching all the time anyone could just walk in( security issues) couldn’t keep curtains open when people were outside on the back patio seem ed,kind of odd to me. Some staff was nice, some seemed like they didn’t care.”

“Good price for the hotel , but building seemed slightly dated and in need of repairs. Great place for sleeping and just passing thru.”
