“Bed was nice and comfortable. Toilet had a leak and flushed on its own every 5 minutes. Lights on bedside tables did not work and as such, neither did the plugs Supposed to have housekeeping daily but did not. When I asked the front desk for some clean towels, coffee pods and cups because housekeeping did not come, told I had to bring in the towels in order to get clean ones - in a rude way. Breakfast was ok. Will not book here again”

“Room was reasonably clean. But I saw dirt on the washroom floor and a few stray hairs. Staff were reasonably prompt at helping me. I did note that the phone number placed on the door when staff had gone out was incorrect it said number not in service. I had to Google the local number and use the bell and they came within 5 minutes. There was a crack unsealed around the air conditioner which let a few small bugs into the room.
