“Our room was clean and quiet. All staff were friendly and welcoming. Especially our cleaning lady who made sure we knew where to get extra towels and hygiene supplies if the lobby was closed. The door man also went out of his way to show us how the building locks worked. Very helpful and friendly. ”

“The hotel is just reopened from renovation, so the room is very new, clean & cozy. It is more like a B&B then a hotel as it is located at 3/F of a commercial building.Staff are very helpful. However, there is no heater (air-con's with no warm air function), but they have enough duvet. It takes 15 Euro for taxi from the central station. They also served breakfast to your room.”

“There is no one on staff or at the front desk except from 8 am to 11 am! Even though they ware available to call or email, it was quite a problem because I was expecting a delivery of my luggage but the currier could not deliver because there was no one at the property! Also, the bathroom was not put together well, I kept on hitting my shoulder on the pointy counter when I went to the toilet! Have a cut and a bruise now. I cannot recommend this hotel I’m afraid. ”

“We had issues with billing that made things difficult and the owner was not the easiest communication wise. Here are my ratings out of 10. Mattresses - 2, very hard Pillows - 2, very firm Outside noise - 8, very quiet street Inside noise - 1 LOUD construction noise right over our room right after 8 am, also our neighbors talking/using kitchen late at night Shower - 6 half a glass panel, window on ground level, shower handle holder is loose so you can't adjust it Bath - 10 nice deep……
