“Great location. House is clean. The finishes and equipment/utensils are all high-end. The property owner is super responsive and accommodating. The long dock off the back of the property is awesome. We saw plenty of fish, crabs, birds, and porpoises during our stay. If you like crabbing and fishing and sipping wine on the water; stay here! ”

“Was looking for a clean, quiet place for our family vacation and this place was wonderful. Woody was very helpful and answered my questions quickly and informatively. The big yard was wonderful for our dog to run around in and did I mention that this place was CLEAN? Nice screened in back porch, fire pit and grill for our use. “We really enjoyed our stay at Bayside, specifically the location. With our young kiddos, it was perfect for us to pop over to the park to play several times a day. The house had all the necessities, even a pack & play and high chair which were unexpected bonuses. We could hear a little noise from our neighbors, but nothing disruptive. It could’ve used a bit more cleaning and a water filtration system, but the house was great for our family to enjoy a sweet vacation together. ”

“We loved our stay at Lil Miss Clementine. The golf cart was a huge hit for our 6 and 8 year olds. Once we parked our car, we didn’t move it the whole time and used the golf cart to get to/from the beach and to/from dinner each evening. The house is conveniently located and well-equipped with everything you need- even small Tupperware, which was great for packing beach snacks. We had a a wonderful trip and hope to return in the future. ”
