“This is an old hotel and needs updating. Communication needs a lot of improvement. I booked this hotel on expedia. The did not mention that the room I booked was not in the hotel building but instead was a motel room. I would not have booked it if I had known. When I asked for a room inside, they said they were full. In addition, the room had an odor. It seemed like cigarette smoke but might have been something else. “The location was convenient. The parking lot has huge pot holes. Our king suite was filthy. The sheets were covered in black debris, the bathroom found multiple hairs. The vent above the toilet dripped rusty water onto the toilet seat and floor that looked like urine. The shower had no water pressure and took a long time to warm up. The pillows were terrible. Too expensive for what it was. Disappointing.”
