"Disappointed - 0 stars! TV didn't work and couldn't call the front desk to get it fixed because the phone didn't work. Breakfast was a joke! The only choice was fruit loops and coffee. I don't know how this hotel is rated so high."

"Our room was disgusting- brown (poop) stains on the bathroom wall, dust an cobwebs all over, after coming back from the pool I wiped some water off our room floor and the towel turned black! The shower head only had 3 holes that allowed water out! Absolutely gross and dirty"
