“I booked this hotel through Expedia just a few hours before arriving while driving from Atlanta to Fort Lauderdale. Unfortunately, I accidentally selected the following night instead of the same night. When I arrived, I explained the situation and made it clear that I was not asking to cancel the reservation or receive a refund. I simply wanted to move the booking by one day. It was an honest mistake, and the hotel appeared to have plenty of available rooms. However, the staff member on duty……

“the room was very hot when arrived, the toilet wasn't flushing properly. the toilet kept running and making a whistle sound all night. I will say the coffee was good.”

“When we entered the room, it smelled of rotten food. The cleaning person forgot to clean the fridge out. The rooms need renovations. It had a smell to it. I will stay somewhere else with more up to date amenities. The staff was wonderful. The sad part, it's a group that comes every year. I hopefully can convince them to find better.”

“The room had an odor like cat urine, the paint was peeling off the walls. The room had fleas and there were rat droppings in the bed. We stayed in the room exactly 30 minutes and left and moved to another hotel. We were not happy and not satisfied. We were completely horrified. My wife was actually bitten by the fleas. This place is a health hazard and is inhospitable.”
