"The property was great location, the staff was awesome and the guest reception was amazing, good food and great drinks. We belong to other hotels honor points, but will stay at this hotel again."

"We didn’t end up staying. There was a large wad of toilet paper in the toilet when we entered the bathroom not sure what was inside that these bathroom faucet was dirty. Hadn’t been cleaned. Noticed the lobby the tile floor had something spilled showing multiple spots on the floor as I got into the elevator the metal walls look like they hadn’t been wiped in months. We didn’t stay. Our reservation was canceled at the hotel we stayed at another IHG property in Valdosta. there was also a funny smell in the lobby area and in the hotel room."

"Room and hotel lobby, etc were super clean. Beds were so comfy! Staff was very nice. Not much for breakfast but enough if you need something on the go. Would absolutely stay here again along the way on our road trip!"

"It was so nasty not taking care of smell like cigarettes and it was a non-smoking room. Customer service was awful too. Breakfast awful only have to make waffles milk and cereal only cornflakes worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at do not recommend."
