“I was fown there for a vacation, to get away from work and buisiness. Yet upon arrival, was "lured" into another office for a time share sales pitch. How dare you. Im on vacation, not a buisiness transaction. It was in poor taste and very tacky. The room was nice but the dishwasher had rotten food on plates from the previous guests. Was also given room cards to a room that was occupied. I could have walked out with another guests possessions or walked in on someone showering. This is basics of……

“The location was pretty. Each room had a river/creek view. Bear were in the area, which was cool! Faults...bathroom provides containers for complimentary shampoo, conditioner n shower gel BUT all were empty. Also, I booked this place for the hot tub n pool, which the hot tub was out of order. Convenient trolley service outside the hotel to bring to various locations in Gatlinburg. It was free and a great service for visitors. Nice not to get in a car and pay $20 for parking. Loved……

“Breakfast was not too good. Indoor pool was cold the first day. We could not get in. It was reported and the second day it was good. The jets in the hottub were too strong at the top, so if you don't want to get your hair wet, better not turn them on.”

We originally had a ground floor room but you can hear every step from the room above and it sounded like a dance party was going on above us.
