"Pictures were no where close to reality…..room had the odor of smoking even though advertised as a smoke free room. Advise anyone to look elsewhere."

"This place may have been in its glory days back in the 90's. But the parking arrangments were the worst ive ever seen. Having to park in an alternate parking lot and walk up stairs was not ideal for me having a disability. Then both of our room keys didnt work. Then i was under the impression people werent supposed to smoke in their room but i could smell it from the balcony. Speaking of the balcony dont put to much of your weight on the guard rale because its missing a bolt. The bathrooms are very small so note that if your in a wheelchair or walker if you try to get a dbl queen room. The one plus side was the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, we wont be staying again."

"The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly upon check in. Our room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the heated pools inside and out. Our grandson especially loved the slide! When we asked to utilize the outdoor fire pit with rockers, a staff member came out to help immediately! So nice! The breakfast was more than expected which is always a great bonus! "
