The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the kitchen staff. The condition of the elevator and the carpet leading to the rooms definitely needs improvement. The rooms were spacious, modern and clean.

Property was nice and clean for us, moving forward it would be nice for someone to come and clean while guest are out. Last day we needed more towels and room needed to be attended. Otherwise my impression of the place was great, I love that they offered juice, tea, coffee or water 24/7

Broken entry door on side of the property to where anybody could come in and out at anytime without card entry, musty smelling room, housekeeping comes around banging on the door at 830am. Unfortunately won’t be back to stay here.

Advertise a pool and weight room but it’s under construction.. never saw a construction worker . Mangers or management were rude and there was not enough parking and wanted us to park 2 blocks away with bears roaming at night . But employees parked at hotel

This place is great and you can walk to main st very easily. I was scared walking back to the hotel at night, but it isn't the fault of the hotel. The breakfast was so good and the rooms are nice and clean

Our room was dirty!! There was dried food all over the cloth chair in the room. The bathroom floor and tub had hair on it. The floor in the room needed vacuumed. When we tried to address these issues with the staff they were very rude. One of the guys working at the desk kept cutting me off when I would try to explain the issues and basically told me that he didn’t believe me, even though I had pictures of everything. He wouldn’t look at the pictures. I called the corporate office to discuss the situation with them and the representative I spoke to told me to go to the front desk and ask for a refund. She talked to me all the way to the front desk while telling me what to say. At the front desk I asked for a refund and the guy at the front desk told me he couldn’t do that and told me I needed to step away from the desk. The corporate representative was still on the phone with me and heard him be rude to me. She immediately called the hotel front desk and told him that he WOULD refund my money and that she would file a claim because he was so rude to me. We checked out and went to a different hotel.
