“My one night stay at the best Western Inn in Winchester Tennessee was very pleasant. Tyler the attendant on duty when I checked in and also when I checked out was friendly, professional, and accommodating. Very welcoming, which is always nice when you arrive from a few hours of driving. While the property is a bit older, my room was clean, refrigerator kept my items very cold, the bed was firm with plenty of pillows. Parking lot was well lit and clean as well. The complimentary breakfast was……

“It was excellent in every way! Absolutely no complaints at all. Highly recommend.”

“The property is OLD and it shows its age. The place needs a total renovation. The bed is on a metal spring frame which makes noise with every turn during the night. It caters to the construction crew crowd, which is not a bad thing. But I couldn’t park in front of my room because a group was having a barbecue in the parking lot. Of course they were enjoying cold beverages as you would expect. Some of them obviously were not guests at the hotel, but were there for the barbecue. So around 11pm……

“Tons of parking for tractor trailers or RV's and buses. The property is very dated and needs renovation, but it was as clean as they could make it considering. The bed was comfy, but hair was in the shower, so I declined taking one. Otherwise o.k., you will need to hit Waffle House down the road if you want decent coffee in the morning.”

“This hotel is a true gem. Very customer focused. Breakfast was hot and cooked to order. We were seated and the hot breakfast items were served to us. The room was nicely decorated, quiet, and safe. Parking was right in front of our door making the unpacking and packing very easy. Happy hour was available with free beer and wine. I hope the word gets out about the LX Hotel and that it stays very busy. Staff were very professional helpful, and friendly.”

“The rooms were nice and clean and didnt have any weird smells to them. The beds were decent as well. Only issue we had was they had the air locked on a certain degree and it wouldnt allow you to go below it and its was blistering hot and that was very uncomfortable.”

“Arrived late. Got to room and it was awful. Crack around door was so wide the had tape around it and it didn’t seem secure so we shoved a chair under the door knob. Metal in the corner of room that was suppose to be covered and painted was bent out and rusty. Found food and trash under beds. The next morning we moved to another room. It was more secure and cleaner. This was truly one of the worst places I have ever stayed. ”

“We had a room on the side that backed up to the highway. You could hear traffic noise. Did not keep us awake though. ”
