“Excellent. It’s very clean, and the staff is wonderful. Only a couple of miles to the fountain and little shops in downtown Marshall. If they would add a nice sitting area would make it perfect. Right now there is just a picnic table under some trees with lots of bugs. ”

“Repairs that were made were not very well done by appearance. The air conditioner worked great. The pool was closed and drained, so it shouldn't be advertised as having a pool. There were a lot of ppl wandering around at night, but we had no problems with sounds after 10pm. The room was quiet, smelled nice. The beds were on the firm side, but linens and pillows looked well cared for and overall sleeping conditions were fine. ”

“This cottage is so charming! We had four adults staying on the property and loved having coffee and breakfast on the beautiful deck each morning. We loved the owners, the neighbors and all the neighborhood dogs! There were plenty of kitchen supplies and lots of towels. We knew it was clean the minutes we walked into it. It was fun to watch the boats and families tubing and water skiing. We loved and appreciated the attention to detail and the peaceful experience it gave us for a long weekend. ”
