“My only complaint is how I was greeted by the front desk clerk upon my arrival for check in. It was late, around 1130pm. I stood in line and waited for the clerk to help the person in front of me. Once she was finished, she looked at me and said “do you want something?”…maybe “can I help you?” Or “how can I help you?”. Just came off as rude, unprofessional and that I was a bother. “By far one of the worst hotels I have stayed in 15 years. Staff was rude; unsafe WIFI; loud guests at 11 pm; dirty carpet, bathroom, and hallways; unsafe amenities; shower busted; and parking lot littered with cigarette butts. The refrigerator was broken and I had to put my meds on ice. I called to complain but the staff hung up on me. Avoid the property unless you are willing to go through multiple risks! The manager called me when I initially complained but no follow through after a one minute……
