"The Lord Nelson is a gem of a hotel, with generous sized rooms and genuinely wonderful staff. What I really liked was the pub -- great beer and an authentic Sydney vibe. The location also is hard to beat. You will encounter noise, both from the pub until it closes and then from the road, which is busy from early. So, bring your ear plugs. If you want a city stay at a reasonable price that is steps away from the train, tram , bus, shopping, restaurants and historic buildings and parks, Hotel Coronation is a good option. The staff were all friendly and Travis was especially helpful in providing directions around the city. "
