“I checked in at 3 AM with my three boys, exhausted and just hoping to get some rest, only to walk into our room and find a cockroach. Completely unacceptable, especially when traveling with kids.
To make matters worse, Expedia is refusing to refund my money until they speak with a manager—but the manager won’t take any calls. So we’re stuck dealing with a disgusting situation and zero support.
Save yourself the stress and stay far away from this property.”

“Clean, modern room. 24/7 exercise room. Staff at check in was wonderful. I did not eat breakfast but went into the dining area right before breakfast end to use the toaster and the employee working in the kitchen was kind of rude to the other employee and her attitude in front of guests was not a good look for the hotel. Otherwise everything went great. I was only there for about 10 hours total. ”

“Bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly. When it says "sleeper sofa" it's not actually a bed. The couch folds out into basically a thick mat on the floor.
Breakfast was good. Staff was super nice. Love the firepit. ”
