“I love that the reception area is unique and attractive and staff very friendly. I have stayed there several times and the elevator is always slow and there's only one working. Our room needed maintenance--light in bath mirror didn't work, toilet kept running after flushing, and shower was a drizzle; and TV would turn on but inoperable after that--maintenance fixed it first night but same thing happened next night so we just read a book.”

“the staff was quite rude. the first room we got unpacked and had to move to another room because the a/c wasn't working. we had 2 baseball teams with parents and grandparents staying there. my daughter and grandson had mold in the ceiling of their bathroom. one of the workers said there were a quite of few rooms that were not even rentable because of lack of maintenance. we had a few up to maybe a half dozen who checked out and moved to another hotel. we were there for 3 nights. the……
