“Love everything except the indoor pool area. The pool room looks warn down, the pool was too cold yet the hot tub was so cloudy I couldn't see the steps to get in. The rest of the hotel, my room, the restaurant and the bar are all fabulous.”

“I was frustrated to hear about the parking fees at check-in, not when booking. Also, I prefer a paper receipt with charges listed at check out. I was refused and told an email would be issued which hasn't yet arrived, 3 days later. Charges have been billed but no statement explaining them.”
