“I normally stay here when I visit Fayetteville. However, the first room I was put in smelled like smoke and the second room smelled really old. The staff was nice but never apologized for me having to be reassigned rooms twice. They watched me carry my belongings to each room and never offered to check the room first or anything. I felt although they were not mean, they did not show customer service. This made the visit a bit distasteful.”

“No soap at the sink, had to use soap from the shower. The vinyl window covering had several holes. The toilet broke, no one at front desk. (I reattached the chain myself) Only one elevator, the other was broken. This did not seem like a Marriott property.”
