“We liked it was on the beach. However, there was no air conditioning and we had to leave the sliding glass door ajar and the screen did not lock. We had to find items in the room to place in the rail to limit the distance the sliding glass door would open. Being unfamiliar with the area, we were on high alert all night for an intruder. It is also right on Hwy 101. The highway noise dissipates after 10:00 PM and starts back up around 7:00 AM. It was in a handy location to reach Prairie……

“The ocean views were stunning. It is a beautiful location, very quiet at the top of a hill overlooking Brookings OR and the Pacific Ocean including some local “haystacks”. Although it’s not a full kitchen we were able to cook breakfast, which is important to us. The owners were easy to communicate with, entering the property was easy. The bed was the most comfortable mattress we have had on our travels. Wonderful location.”
