“Not enough parking for hotel guests when the event rooms are being used. Breakfast was OK but not enough variety. A waffle maker would be nice. The cleaning staff was very friendly and accommodating.”

“The room was very clean. Our only complaint was that we had 3 people in the room, us and our 11 year old son and we only had 2 towels. This was still a problem, even when we told House Keeping about the situation. As for the Breakfast. The idea of a cooked pancake or a freshly cooked egg is great. Unfortunately, there's not enough staff to have a good flow during the breakfast rush. There was also a worker who was constantly on her phone (on speaker) or texting in the back. “This is a newer hotel, and it is well maintained. Located right next to Toyota Field, the home of the Rocket City Trash Pandas minor league baseball team, this hotel makes for a short walk if you're staying for the ballgame like we were. The hotel is also just a short drive to the US Space Rocket Center. We were very happy with the stay and the quality of the facility.”

“First room they gave us had stains on bedspread and sheets. The front desk lady was very nice about it and gave us a different room. The next one was better but had cigarette burn holes in the sheets. The property needs some maintenance. Overall it was OK for a quick nights stay.”
