“Friendly staff, decent breakfast; room was not very clean- black mold in the tub and gunk all over the hair dryer- which I was able to request a clean one. They seemed a little short staffed but all working very hard. ”

“This hotel was declared un-inhabitable after a fire which occurred months ago, and yet Hotels.com still had it listed and I was still able to book a room....in a hotel that was not open to the public! We never found out the truth until 10:00 at night when we arrived and found a notice on the front doors! Why did Hotels.com still have this listed as available????? This is unacceptable!”

“The hotel that was booked was under renovation and was not even open. When the phone number that was provided in the conformation email was called it was to a different hotel which had no reservation record for the name or conformation number. ”
