“很推薦這家飯店，很棒很新且乾淨舒適，人員和善很幫忙，也協助訂西西里島及GOZO 行程，住房費用合理，早餐好吃，在街道上的飯店總是人來人往，怕吵的人可以請飯店安排高樓層及靠邊間的房間，街角的AVENUE餐廳是同一家老闆，有住房可以有10%折扣，不收手續費及服務費，份量多且好吃，天天去吃海鮮真想念，這飯店環境好地理位置佳，下次有去馬爾它一定會再入住。”

Bereits vor der Anreise fiel mir auf, dass die auf Google gezeigten Bilder einen deutlich besseren Eindruck vermitteln als die tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten vor Ort. Die Diskrepanz zwischen Werbeauftritt und Realität ist bemerkenswert. Das Zimmer selbst war großzügig geschnitten und mit zwei Einzelbetten ausgestattet.……

“Property location was good just a 10 min walk from the square. Staff were mostly polite and friendly. Pool was ok plenty of sun beds for the time of year we were there. Menu for breakfast was limited to the same 6 items every day. Rooms very basic. No safe no kettle had to ask at reception for a hair dryer and remote control for air con (€5 deposit) no plugs in the bath and sink so could only use shower which again was basic. “Room was clean and of modern decor. Breakfast room was fine with friendly staff. Good location with airport bus stop at end of street. We didn't get the balcony with partial seaview rooms we had booked though; balconies were onto tiny internal courtyards with the only view being into the neighbouring room, so this was disappointing.”

“I wanted to give Urban Isle a 5 star review. However, I am used to having a safe in the room when I travel and this hotel didn't have one. So I had to keep all my valuables with me the whole time as I went out and about. Everything else was excellent. The room was tidy, the air conditioner was working, the food was amazing, the staff were lovely, the location was good, the lift was always working, the view from the roof terrace was cool.”

“Check on was unusually difficult. Luckily there was someone on reception. You are supposed to receive an email with a booking reference but I never received one. You're supposed to self check in. If the staff wasn't there I'd have been unable to get in. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was terrible. The main issue is the noise from the night club next door. Literally thumping music until 3 am. Avoid”
