“This was our third visit to the Barcelo Fortina - we visited twice last year and returned this April with friends. However, we had noticed a couple of things that will deter us from booking again.
Firstly, I have to say that the staff and rooms are truly excellent - staff are friendly, helpful and faultless. A couple of things riled us at this visit.
