“Beach is amazing, staff is very hard working and room was spacious and clean. We absolutely loved, Aldolfo, who was our server on the beach. His job is very demanding but he works super hard to keep everyone in his section happy and well hydrated. He spoke very good english which is difficult to find in the hotel. The commercial area across the street is awesome and offers really good shopping options and every restaurant that we went to had good food but not cheap. Negatives were, too many……

“No nos dejaron ingresar hasta despues de las 3 pm, ni siquiera a la alberca, cuando llegamos a las 2:30 se fue la luz y no me dieron mi habitación por ese motivo solo un "hasta que llegue te entrego" estuvimos 7 hrs sin luz y sin agua en todo el Hotel y por lo tanto sin que me entregaran habitación. Entiendo que el problema de la luz es algo extraordinario, pero se noto que no tienen un plan de contingencia vs esos detalles y que su personal no esta capacitado ni tiene empatia con el cliente……
