Staff was attentive and very nice. Rooms were clean and cleaned everyday. They served food all day except for an hour between breakfast, lunch, and dinner to set things up. They served a variety of fruits, drinks, and main course meals and desserts. Walking distance from a pharmacy and local vendors.

Nice location, conveniently located to shops and restaurants. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The property was well maintained but dated.The buffet was as expected for an all inclusive resort. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

The property was nice the staff was great! Some areas from the outside needed some touch up. With all honesty I did not like the food at all, it was so bland I was expecting Mexican food but it was nothing like I expected it.

First time staying at this resort and it was absolutely awesome!! The staff is so friendly and eager to please their guests. My partner and I were treated excellent. Nayelli the bar waitresses was incredibly kind and attentive. Our pool side waiters Ignacio and Alexander were also very kind and attentive. They walk away saying “my pleasure.” The fish tacos and the hot dog (gourmet) at the snack truck were delicious!! I thought the buffet’s were well maintained and the food was good. Remember to tip your service workers!!

The resort had great staff!!! The staff was very attentive as soon as we stepped out of the taxi we were greeted by Richie after that we check in with Karla in the VIP area as Expedia customers we had exceptional service. Our concierge Oswaldo Diaz gave us excellent service and arranged a romantic dinner for us on the beach. We celebrated 30 years of marriage. We had our own personal waiter (Margarito) for two hours on the beach. He was wonderful and made us feel very comfortable. We ate at Da’ Mario two nights we had one of the best waiters Jose Luis Rogar. He went beyond and above from start to end. All the staff were friendly and attentive.

Durante mi estancia de una semana, contraté el servicio VIP, por lo que esperaba una experiencia de mayor calidad. Sin embargo, me encontré con varias inconsistencias que considero importantes mencionar. Para el room service me proporcionaron un menú, pero al momento de ordenar no lo respetaban. En varias ocasiones los pedidos llegaron incorrectos, lo cual me pareció poco profesional y decepcionante, especialmente considerando el costo del servicio. Además, el restaurante ofrecía todos los días el mismo menú, con solo tres opciones, y la calidad de los platillos variaba constantemente, ya que cada día cocinaba un chef diferente. En dos ocasiones la comida ni siquiera tenía buen sabor. Por todo esto, siento que la atención y el servicio no estuvieron a la altura del estándar que se promete ni del precio que pagué.

En general es bueno, las áreas limpias, las habitaciones son cómodas solo con algunos detalles de falta de mantenimiento, el acceso a la playa es muy cómodo y las albercas limpias, el personal se esmera en una buena atención. Los detalles en contra, si es temporada alta hay que hacer fila en los comedores, particularmente para desayunar en el buffet, la comida cumple, sin llegar a ser muy buena, el restaurante italiano es rico, pero la carta es muy limitada. Lo peor, el horario de las actividades, a las 5:00pm ya no hay actividades de juegos, tenis, etc. ya que a esa hora se van los animadores, la alberca la cierran a las 7:00pm, por lo cual después de ese horario no hay mucho que hacer para niños y jovenes. Para adultos solo el Bar.
