“The staff was friendly. The room was a bit outdated, but it was clean and bed was comfortable.”

No covered parking options (they do have a gated lot that you have to pay for), we got no sleep because of the wind blowing through AC units “whistling” all night on an adjacent roof right outside my window (this was very loud and never stopped), weird shower door that is open on half with no ability to close so water got everywhere, there was an exhaust fan in the bathroom ceiling but there was no way to actually use it as none of the wall switches turned it on, in……

“Breakfast was very nice. The elevator was out which was very inconvenient with a 4th floor room. The hotel staff apologized and the General Manager (Amanda) did a terrific job of making it right. Staff was very polite and responsive!”

“Extremely helpful staff! My husband broke his glasses while there and the front desk concierge went out of her way to help us repair them. We will forever be grateful! I believe her name started with a ja or je, she was so very helpful! ”

“We found bugs in both the beds in the 2 bedroom suite on the 2nd floor of the carriage house. We left for a different hotel. ”

“The house looks nice from the outside.inside is nice as well. The lack of comfortable furniture to sit on was one of our complaints they have a futon couch, coffee table and a tv in the living room and that was it. Only bed and end table in bedroom no tv or dressers ”

“Home was everything they presented it to be. Property contract was extremely accommodating since we were traveling in from out of town. He was also very responsive. I would recommend this property and look forward to returning next year. ”
