“⭐️ Very disappointing experience – poor customer service
I booked this hotel for my aunt specifically because the booking stated that airport pickup was available. This was one of the main reasons I chose the hotel, especially as it was located closer to the airport.
Before my aunt’s arrival, I contacted the hotel directly to confirm the airport pickup. They clearly told me that someone would be waiting outside the arrivals area with a board displaying the hotel’s name.

“Nice hotel for a couple of days stay. Would not recommend for a long stay. Good location on very busy Oxford St. very expensive food, especially breakfast. Bed and pillows are extra firm. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Staff for the most part were very friendly and helpful. One staff member was very creepy. He would undress me with his eyes. Very uncomfortable and I was glad to leave. AC worked well but towards end of my stay it got warmer until it just stopped working. Someone came to fix it……
