“Although the apartment listed check-in as 1:30 PM, our arrival experience was quite disappointing. When we got there, the host seemed unaware of our booking and later stated that check-in was actually at 2:00 PM. We waited at reception with no assistance, and no one came to check us in. After making inquiries ourselves, we were eventually told the unit was ready. However, upon entering, the cleaner was still working, and the apartment was clearly not prepared. “This was my second stay in as many weeks. 4/13-4/17. My last stay, I had an issue with the mini fridge not working and it wasn’t addressed. This stay same issue, but the staff brought a brand new fridge to replace the old. I was very thankful as I had many beverages and edibles I purchased from the adjacent supermarket. The staff is very friendly upon entry, all the way to the employees that manage room care. This is one of the few places around Ghana where it seems like the staff is actually……

“The location of the property was okay. It is located in a very nice and calm environment. The room was clean but needs some maintenance, especially the room where I stayed. The bathrooms were clean. Generally, the hotel was okay for my short stay.”

“I was disappointed at the overall unprofessional management of this property. It was noisy, dirty, cocroaches in the rooms, internet/wifi issues, dstv went off for weeks because of lack of subscription renewal, some of the staff where always hanging out either eating, chatting or charging their phones in the hallway leading to the room I booked etc. I could go on and on. On a positive note, staff were respectful and helpful but all in all I'll definitely not be making any booking at the property……

“The room was large with a beautiful hand laid parquet hardwood floor. Water pressure good with plenty of hot water. Linens crisp and clean, duvet comfy, bed and pillows comfortable. Staff lovely. I miss the full service restaurant where we had been eating since 2007, but the breakfast is still good and the staff efficient and friendly. This is my home away from home. 1 star lost because of restsurant. But they do leave in the room a list of places that deliver, which is very handy. And the pool……
