“Great place just a short walk from Oxford Street. Hotel is relatively quiet and staff are very helpful.”

“very nice hotel,nice food.”

“I really enjoyed this hotel. It's a little run down from it's former glory...but the staff are genuinely welcoming. From the first contact to the last. Pool is nice. Gym is fine, except non of the weights are particularly heavy. Juliette on reception was excellent. And please try the goat light red soup...it was excellent.”

“Bad service and I think they improve system, they tran more professional people than all we sorry, Please and all that.”

“Gym open 24/7”

“The room was clean, but the bed was so hard. There was a lot of traffic in and out of the hotel. People were hanging out outside of the entrance. Some very shady looking people were in and out. I would not recommend this hotel.”

“Dirty dingy towels and bed sheets. Asked for clean ones and was told that is the color. I checked out early to another hotel. Highly inconvenient”

“The staff are generally friendly but the reception staff are not as helpful as they could be. The hotel amenities are good, though many items on the continental menu were often out of stock. I will go back again”

“The room was very clean with modern amenities. Staff were pleasant and helpful. There was an ironing board in the room but there was no iron! It was disappointing that there were no local dishes on the menu as other hotels in that area.”

“We had to wait for keys.key should have already been there. Again, it listed they do Airport pickup and drop-off but when requested, they gave excuses .”
