“From the min we arrived staff were helpful & polite, our room was spotless, bed was amazingly comfortable (best sleep i.v had in a while), room temp was lovely & warm & easily adjusted, food was delicious & good value. Shower was nice, good water pressure. Yes we would definitely return. Thank you for a lovely stay.”

“The room was fantastic. Great Ocean view and binoculars to use. Fridge in room and fresh milk supplied and biscuits. Bed was comfy, good duvet and pillows. ”

“Lovely room, lovely staff. The only thing was it was slightly chilly in the room as the window wouldn’t close properly as the cable was going out for the Christmas lights. However this was also not helped by the windy weather ”

“The Dock was fabulous and exactly what I was hoping to achieve for a 1 night stay between my work days. I was gutted as I’d heard so much about the breakfast but I ended up being in such a rush so didn’t have time to have a full English but the lush lady behind the kitchen counter asked me if I wanted a sandwich making to take away. She made me a huge and the best tasting bacon sarnie with a latte to take away (proper fresh brewed coffee) she saved my bacon literally haha. As I didn’t eat again……

“Quirky building with character. Loved the options at breakfast and the food in the restaurant. You can step straight out onto the harbour and enjoy a peaceful break.”

“Very clean, lovely staff, great parking and good bar. However, the room was freezing and had to sleep in my coat. Radiator never came on even though it was set to high. Also, need more than just 1 sachet of milk.”
