“Can’t wait to go back”

“This hotel is right on the Riverwalk. The breakfast is excellent with fresh made omelettes available as well as many other choices. The hotel is bright and airy, and the rooms are in great condition. The only complaint that I would have is in the gym and in the access to outdoor space and there’s a small area to sit outside in, but otherwise there’s no place to just sit outside and look at the beautiful view. Unless of course it’s 4 o’clock and the rooftop bar happens to be open, but you can’t……

“It was great! Nice and easy quick stay!”

“When we arrived, the front desk informed us that because our booking was made through Expedia, they had not yet received payment and could not check us in. We were asked to wait, and after about 20 minutes, the same staff member contacted a manager. The manager then advised them to proceed with check-in and handle the Expedia payment on the back end. By the time we were finally checked in, we had already been waiting over 20 minutes. Unfortunately, we were in town for a wedding and ended up……
