“We requested a handicap room because of the ease of shower- what we received was a tub with a seat that was far from water supply- and a room that was at the VERY end of the hall. Twice to front desk where no rep was visible- and at checkout no one there.”

“Clean room and comfy bed/pillows. The air conditioner was a bit loud and the fridge got pretty loud in the middle of the night. Lots of door slamming early in the morning. You hear everything! Overall, we enjoyed our stay. ”

“I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels up and down Route 30 in PA and this was my least favorite so far.
After checking out and going to my car, there was an employee dumping a large tub of something from the side door that went over the parking lot. It was the grease from breakfast! There was no way around it and it was slippery and the dog also had to walk in it. Absolutely disgusting, unsafe, and unprofessional.
While pet friendly and there is an elevator, there is only one small area out back……

“Pillows nearly unusable…way too hard. Needed a step stool to get into bed. Made to feel like second class citizen when it came to breakfast seating…the couple who greeted us were really nice…the cook not so much”
