“Needs TLC. Front desk didn't give us the breakfast vouchers - we had to go back and ask for them. Breakfast buffet doesn't have the best choices. Roach on ceiling one morning. Rust on the bathtub. Need comfort height toilets in bathrooms. Ladies who cleaned the rooms were fantastic!!!! Only a few hangers in the closet. Beds are comfortable and pillow choices are great. Easy access to beach. Pool with hot tub is nice. Lots of easy walking paths. Rooms are large and very spacious.”

“The lobby of the property was very welcoming and clean. I’m not sure what air freshener they were using, but it smelled like a spa! The staff was absolutely wonderful, and Ms. Rhonda was fantastic. We were checking in for a one-night stay; however, there was a large checkout occurring from guests who had been staying at the hotel for approximately three months. Due to a shortage of housekeeping staff, turning over the rooms appeared to be a challenge. Unfortunately, our room was not cleaned……
