“This stay was great! We enjoyed the easy walk to the beach and the convenient location to the Village. There were 2 people staying in B and they were very loud and kept us up at night, but that is no fault to the owner! Overall, great stay! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!”

“The only reason, but a huge one, for the lower rating is the furniture. None of the sitting spaces were comfortable. The sofa was so small and hard and the 2 side chairs were so uncomfortable. We left a day early because the weather changed and we were going to have to stay inside. The prospect had us packing. ”

“We have stayed at Bill’s beach bungalow once before and would definitely stay again. The unit was VERY clean and orderly when we checked in, as was previously. This unit is perfect for a long weekend and we enjoyed our time here. The location is primary reason we chose to stay a second time. Cross one little street and down a path to beach!”

“Condo apartment was just as described. It's located in a very convenient area with several restaurants and a grocery store within easy walking distance. Kids enjoyed the pool too. I would stay here again if I'm visiting the area.”

“Very nice property, I would have liked a little more view, as the marsh view was minimal.Great space and pool area. The pool needed a little scrubbing around the edges of the water line. That is my only complaint.”

“Apartment was clean and beautifully decorated. All amenities were provided, including all cookware and coffee supplies. The host was very easy to communicate with. The bed was on the firmer side and the Apartment is upstairs. Aside from those things (and those aren't criticisms of the property; they just didn't fit perfectly into my specific preferences), I have no critique at all. We absolutely plan to stay there again, even given these points. I definitely recommend!”

“Overall, the pictures of the property matched the posting. The property owner provided an incorrect lockbox code to access the home and it was in a dark area where you have to walk on grass to access and the mosquitoes were horrendous. The local deli is not open on Saturdays nearby and I wouldn’t feel comfortable walking downtown from the property at night. Lastly, the bathroom sink was clogged, badly.”
